27th jan

Today I woke up @ 7:30, got freshen up, I had wheat bread with peanut spread, bowl of wheat flakes with milk, I was watching this ajab prem gazab kahani, I was sleepy, I switched off the laptop and slept off and got up in the afternoon, me and son went for a jog, while back we stopped by the three horses, worked on the slide board, son did squats with weights, I had uncle Ben’s meal for lunch and biacca offered me a slice of pizza, you guys know that I just love pizzas, next time I go to Wal-Mart, I will myself one or two too, I kept eating kellogs fiber plus quite frequently the whole day, I just love them, we along with Paul in his car went to waffle house and I had cheese omelet with hash browns and bread, we came back home , Renee had come from work, clovi and boots were playing crazily and gracy too, it would be better when it grows little bigger, so we accompanied by Renee went to the practice, Kwinten was driving we took along gracy along with us, we had practice @ 8 @ skate world, Tampa, we arrived little earlier, there was party skate going, its good to see all little ones having fun skating, I met an Indian with name Sanjeev there , he is from Faridabad , I saved his number, we had tony also to coach, today Debbie also came for practice, I did some laps drafting behind paul and we had regular warm up and did stretches after that, we did this everyone sprinting two laps in the pack, we did half and one lap starts and sprints, after that everyone needs to pace high, until Renee is going to tell you change, its until you are dead..lol, I was working on turning my hips and putting weight on left hip , I was told to go out before you enter the corner and step fully, so I working on that too, we did 1 set of 5 laps each person relay and 1 lap relay x 5 times, we did cooling down and drove back home, on the way we picked food from MC Donald’s I got myself salad and burger with no meat, so this was all today, tomorrow we might be going to Kissimmee for practice, ii would be going to Sagar grocery store to get some Indian food, I am dyeing to get there, its really cold here, hope you guys are taking care of yourself, bye for now
