31st march

Woke up, got freshen up, had cereals for breakfast, had Pongal and yogurt for lunch, today was a rest day as tomorrow we have Tampa classic meet to race. Fed animals. Had shower and had banana and fiber bar as a snack. Renee actually had to shop something, she told we can go for movie, the boys and the Mexican chicks went to Alice and wonderland and me, drew, Eben and Jordan went to watch Hot tub time machine, it was a funny movie but with a very nice ending, reached home and had Maggi noodles for dinner, tomorrow is a new month also, so fast the time passes, i seriously can’t wait for tomorrow, I am super excited…

30th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had oat meal for breakfast, had curry rice and yogurt for lunch, fed the animals, Eben Jackson the guy who won 2 silvers and Jordan who is a very good indoor skater arrived today from California. Had shower, quickly got ready for practice, mixed protein shake and had fiber bar, we took Renee’s van to Semoran, Casselberry track, Orlando, it was me, drew, Eben, Jordan , Maru and Mariah, we had difficulties with directions to reach the place. Orlando is the coolest city I have visited.

We did Kissimmee skaters also joining, so it was fun in the practice, We did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps fast upfront, 1 lap fast upfront, couple of relaxation starts, half lap sprints, 5 laps sprint, 30 laps passing drill, 2 laps relayx5 sets.

We had dinner @ Denny’s; I cheese sticks, cheese quesadillas, carrots, chips and stuff. They took a long time to take the dinner, the service sucked.

We again difficulties with directions, on the way we all had lots of fun in the van, we rocked, we actually went very far and had to again come back, we reached home like 1:30 am and dragged trash cans of garbage out and slept

29th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had cereals for breakfast, me, Drew and Kalon went to mall @ Ocala, later Michael cheeks and Joey joined us too, we than went to Joey’s place and went to baseline practice, we did 10 mile hard, it was a blistering pace for me drafting behind the best skaters in the world following their long strides, after that we did speed work that is accelerations on straight ways and uphill.

We stopped @ gas station and had Dunken Donuts and drove to Brooksville practice, we did 2 laps upfront regular skating, 1 lap upfront, half lap sprints, 1 lap sprint, 3 laps sprint, 5 laps sprint, 30 laps passing drill, 5 laps relayx2 sets, we had Michael cheeks again giving us pep talk about corners, and showed the drills how you shift only to your right foot on one corner and left foot on another corner, after we all tired working on the drill.

Had dinner, buffet @ golden Carol, drove back home, legs are sore and I am so dam tired….

28th march

Woke up, go t freshen up, quickly got ready for practice, made protein shake, had 2 slices of wheat bread with chocolate hazel nut spread, left for practice with Renee but Erin Jackson drove.

We did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps fast regular skating, we had so many people for the practice today, the pace line was big and huge, there were nearly 40 skaters including Joey, Michael cheeks, Justin and Kalon, so imagine how much you are tired sitting back drafting behind till it’s your turn, you are almost exhausted when you have to run your laps, I don’t know where you are going to see this…. After 2 laps immediately we lined up to 1 lap fast, then we did lunges, duck walk and track, walk, track and run.

We had Michael Cheeks giving us Pep talk about corners, he is so amazing in corners, so he showed us what he does, we all one by one in a group of 6 skaters @ a time worked and tired to implement on it. We did intervalsx7 sets, 5 laps relayx2 sets. Practice was hard but It’s a good feeling

We had outdoor practice, changed wheels, had fiber bar before the session, usually we do off-skate before, it seemed like was going to rain, so we skated first, we did warm up 1 lap in the front, push drill, it was supposed to be 2 person push drill of one stretch, but I did not have a partner, so I had to team with Paul and drew, we were three, so we had more work to do than others, we did that like 3 sets each.

We did 10k race, I was happy with the way I skated indoor and outdoor, my shins responded very well especially in outdoor, also frustrating @ times because I don’t know when it starts hurting.

We did off-skate, explode jump onto one side, hop with 1 leg till the cone and repeat the other side and move further till you finish, low walk with very small steps, isolating by lifting one leg near the calf, high jump till the chest @ two stages which is in the middle and the end, frog jumps, all exericesx3 sets, we lined up and did more, we did 1 leg bouncex5,1 leg high jump, knee to the chest, again 5 bounces, now 1 leg small jump,5 bounces, with just standing up, this is continuous, all the above 3x 2sets. Had a protein shake.

We went to Jonathan’s place, we had Mexican fiesta, our Mexican girls also with the help with Erin Jackson were awake till like 1 am got things ready for Mexican taco, Simkins family that they shopped vegetarian especially for me, so nice of them, so I had tortilla with whatever was available, I liked them, it was good, for the first time In USA I drank sprite, the kids were all playing in the swimming pool, I met Tony’s two nieces and it was so nice to meet the two of them, they were cute…

Next week is Tucker’s birthday, so we also got to eat cake before leaving, we hanged out in their place for more than 2 hours than left, it was raining heavily, reached home and fed horses and Lamas, actually we have chickens, roosters, rabbits, when the boys went to feed the two roosters, when they opened the cage, they ran away, we caught one but other one ran away and we could not find them. Renee was upset with that.

Had shower, put full week’s clothes to washing machine followed by dryer, I had Pop tart as a evening snack and had Maagi noodles and Yogurt for dinner, we all i.e. boys, drew maru, maria, justin stelly, kalon and me watched couple of movies on tv and i slept…

27th march

Woke up, got freshen up, got quickly ready for practice, had 2 slices of bread with chocolate hazel nut spread, Paul just arrived home after spending time @ his girl friend’s place, he slept like only 1 hour, only we 5 left i.e. Erin, me, Paul, Maru, Maria, drew was still sleeping, Kalon and Justin were resting and did not wanted to come.

We did warm up followed by stretches, Briana Kirmer was here today, oh my gosh she is hot..lol we did 1 left foot right foot pushes, 5k race, basic race, 2 person push drillx2 lapsx10 sets, 1 lap relayx5, the relay is focusing only on good tags and not on speed as we had more to do,intervalsx7,reaction startsx3, half lapx2, 1 lap and 2 laps sprint, 1 lap relay hardx5.

We all had breakfast @ Polo Tropical, this was the time I spoke to Briana and introduced though we have seen each other @ worlds but haven’t spoken, I had vegetarian meal which was with yellow rice, black beans, peas and mixed vegetables, it was good, but it was a lot, with difficult I had to stuff them inside and had to finish it, drove back home, sleepy and tired..

Reached home, had a face wash and slept for like 2 hours, got up and fed the animals, Renee took us to sonny’s for dinner, I had like as usual bottom less salad, don’t know why everything was tasting crap, went to walmart and came home…

26th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal for breakfast, had bread with tomato dal and yogurt for lunch, fed animals, had shower. Had a banana before practice, Erin joined us for practice, we did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps upfront regular skating, push drill in a group of 5, where last two persons push the whole pack for 2 laps and everyone pushes for 1 lap and the leading skater after he gets pushed sprints for 1 lap, this continues till everyone push @ the end and lead, 10 laps open, active rest for some laps, 15 laps, active rest for some laps, 20 laps, active rest, 15 laps, active rest and finish it with 10 laps, 5 laps relayx2 sets, 25 laps cooling down followed by protein shake. Drove back home, got freshen up and had Uncle Ben’s meal and yogurt for dinner.

24th march

Woke up, had shower, had wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly, sat on the computer for some time, every time I forget to get something or other, this time I forgot to get the adapter to fit the Indian plugs, my laptop battery was dead and also my cell phone battery.

Jessica mam got a new movie called blind Side, she was busy with her office work, she said the movie has been rated very good and can’t wait to watch it, she made me to watch it, the movie was simply superb, I was so much touched with the movie, I recommend you guys to watch the movie, it’s really good.

The kids came from school, I was helping Harden with this homework stuff, Jackson finished his home work and was playing video games, tucker was reading a book, Briton was yet to reach home, he came later @ 4.

We all had early dinner; we had spaghetti with bread, got ready and left for practice.

We had Michael cheeks who joined us today, it seriously can’t better than this, we had 11 world team members representing 4 different countries for the practice today i.e. Joey Mantia USA, Michael cheeks USA, Justin Stelly USA, Kalan dobbin New Zealand, Sophie USA, Erin Jackson USA, Debbie Rice Paul USA, Maru Mexico, Maria Jose Mexico and me India.

We did warm up followed by stretches, we did 2 laps upfront left foot and right foot pushes, couple of sprint with single drop in, intervalsx7sets, it was really intense, I swear I was tired, 30 laps, first 10 laps was passing drill, we had lot of people falling today that includes Paul, drew and sophie, for a change I did not fall, after we ended 5 laps relayx2 times, today practice was very hard.

We had dinner @ Cicci’s Pizza, we all had a buffet, I found 1 more hamster today in my room, so everything is back in order, went to walmart to get groceries.

23rd march

Woke up, had shower, Jessica Mam got ticket online for me and Briton to o Busch gardens, she drove me and Briton to Busch gardens. In the initial roller coaster rides, I got little scared and closed my eyes, I seriously want to get rid of the fear I had, so after that I decided to do every ride with arms in the air and eyes open, I got a lot confident to do everything. I did the best roller coaster rides in the world, Gwazi, kumba, scorpion, I did Sheekra twice which is the craziest and the best, it drops you 90 degree down twice, monto ride thrice, I went to all water rides, I was going crazy and had full on fun, I was like bring it on and I am going to do everything today. Had lunch and watched a live stage performance which was amazing, went on a train and sky ride, witnessed each and every animals, they were mind blowing. I had funnel cake sundae which sucked. I got wet and soaked after water rides, we were literally freezing, Jonathan picked us up and drove us back home, had shower and had bread with peanut butter and jelly for dinner

22nd march

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal for breakfast. By the way Justin arrived yesterday from Atlanta and he stood overall first in the meet and fell in the last open race when he was taking a sharp turn. I had Briyani, yogurt for lunch. Put the clothes into washing machine followed by dryer, had shower. Joey had come home and was heat molding his boot, he has been injured with couple of bruises all over his body, he was doing high box jumps and he fell badly, poor he.

Justin went to pick up Kalon Dobin of New Zealand, another world champion from Orlando. We all left with Renee to practice, the van was full with me, Renee, Paul, Maru, Mariah, Drew, Joey and the two boys. We reached the track 30 minutes early. I met Kalon Dobin, I have seen him in 2004 and 2007 worlds and never spoke to him, we have Joey, Stelly, Kalon and other fast guys like Drew and Paul, where can you see this?

We did warm up followed by stretches, the track was good. We did 2 laps upfront left foot, right foot pushes. Sprint with single drop in, sprint with double drop in @ the same corner, sprint with triple drop in @ same corner, 7 laps race, 20 laps, first 10 laps was a passing drill and next 10 laps was a race, 1 lap relayx5times.

I went along with Jonathan to stay with till Wednesday and go to Busch gardens with Briton tomorrow, had bread with peanut butter and jelly and slept.

21st march

Woke up @ 5:30, had shower, had 2 slices of wheat with hazel nut spread. Renee, Drew and the boys left home for the meet @ 3 am. I and Mariah went along with home, we had Paul’s new girl friend join us too to see the races, he had a blind date with her couple of days ago, she is so cute and perfect for him and I think she can take very good care of him.

The meet did not have so much strength like last time because so many people were doing races @ Atlanta. When we reached, couples of races were over, but the exciting ones were yet to begin, Drew’s age group and Rice’s new group had lot of competition. Overall the races were amazing. I loved the way drew skated and also Paul.

Me, boys, Mariah, Kenny(skater of our team who is 10 years old) and the boys went along with Renee, it started raining when were driving, we dropped @ oak’s grill and ribs, I had salad with thousand island dressing, for the first time here I had sweet tea, it sucked.

Fed animals, went to walmart with Drew and Maru, at last I had haircut in the saloon here, had uncle Ben’s meal, yogurt for dinner

20th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 slices of wheat bread with hazel nut spread and left for Kissimmee practice, Paul took us, he came home late night.

I had to sit the front seat; I kept myself awake all the way by listening to IPOD using drew’s skull candy head phones.

We did warm up followed by stretches, the track was not the best but it was really good, I was confident to step on the corners. We did 20 laps passing drill, 2 person push drillx2 lapsx10 sets each continuous, I had to push Sophie and she had to push me, 2 laps relayx7, 2 person push drill till the chair(from start to finish line)x3 sets each, 2 person push drill till the 2nd cone corner, the person who pushes goes and sprints the next half lapx3 sets each,30 laps race, in the beginning I was back of the pack, I moved ahead, after 20 laps drew took off, there was a gap between the pack and him, so I went and covered the gap and led for more than 3 laps, drew took off, I tried to cover up, Paul passed me and I finished 3rd. we did intervalsx7sets, each one led 1 set each, we were tired after this. After that, 3 person on the track, the 3rd person pushes the person who is coming from the relay box to take the push and the person who gets push goes ahead of the 2nd person (2nd person now is in 3rd position) and goes to first place in the next corner, did them till we were tired, we did do outdoor practice because people had to attend meet tomorrow.

We had breakfast @ Boston market and I had 3 sides. I took a nap and got up in the late afternoon and had cereals and had Kellogs pop tart, Renee and Mexicans went to Mexican restaurant, I and drew weren’t hungry, so we did not go.

Later in the night, I had Uncle Ben’s meal for dinner and slept.

19th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had cereals for breakfast, we four i.e. me, drew , Maru and Mariah went for 10 minute Jog on the road, we did 4 sets of slideboard concentrating on technique, I did pushups, biceps barbell curlsx3sets, single leg isolationsx2sets each, 15 minutes abs following back strengthening exercises followed by static stretches, calf and shin stretches, I tried to do pull ups, I could do only one, the right collar bone started hurting, I have a big problem, I want everything to be alright very soon, collar bone dislocation is not a simple injury, why don’t I understand that? Had protein shake after workout.

Had Uncle Ben’s meal for lunch. Renee messaged asking if we would like to go Brooksville for indoor practice or outdoor, we all decided to go outdoor, me, drew and Mariah went to Walmart, Justin has left his Honda civic-SI sports car, so we went in them. fed animals, Cleaned wheels, had shower and got ready and left for practice, we to trail nearby to skate outdoor, we did a 6 mile, after I was analyzing working on technique on shifting the hip over the pushing leg and less movement in the upper body, doing this I felt faster and I could get on deep edges, technique is so much important and it makes lot of difference in how we skate, ended with stretches. Had protein shake after reaching home.

We reached home, we all went to Brooksville social practice, it’s a skate party, it was lot of fun, had 2 slices of pizza @ canteen, was hungry and I could not help it. It was till late 11oclock but we have Kissimmee practice tomorrow so I we stayed there till 9oclock and drove back home

I was not hungry to have dinner, just had 4 slices of bread with hazel nut spread, now me going to hit the bed….

Woke up, had shower, had 2 servings of oat meal for breakfast, Justin left to race a meet @ Atlanta, Georgia. Had Uncle Ben’s meal, yogurt and banana for lunch.fed animals, had shower, saw couple of Telugu movies on you tube, had four slices of wheat bread with hazel nut spread for dinner. Since today is a rest day, there was no training and nothing event full too, it was too boring staying all day @ home, I think today would be my shortest post on my blog and I don’t like writing short,lol…

17th march

Woke up, had cereals for breakfast, I somehow don’t know forgot to have lunch, fed the animals, cleaned and changed wheels, had shower, got ready for practice, had bananas and fiber bar, left early because Renee had to pick skates from one of the track, Paul had come to pick his stuff, Renee asked if anyone wants to join Paul, I said I would like to go with him, so I went, I tried not to sleep and be awake but I could not and I fell asleep, when we reached, Paul showed me an Indian grocery stores which is next to the track itself, he said he ever realized, it’s been like more than 2 months even I did not see them, there was time for practice, so I taught of checking it out, I did not buy groceries since I already have in home, they also cook and serve food, I hope I eat them some time later, I got diary milk chocolates which are actually made in England and it tastes just like our Indian diary milk, the diary milk made in USA does not taste any good, Renee arrived to practice little late and I had my skates in the van.

We did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps upfront left foot and right foot pushes, 1 lap sprint, 2 lap sprint, 3 laps sprint, 2 lap sprint, 1 lap sprint, holding the cone and viewing through them and doing small corners, intervalsx5sets, 2 lap relayx5 sets, me Dustin and Briton were in one team and we won, my right collar bone is still not ok, I am trying my best to not stress and swing my arm cautiously, by the way the weather is been amazingly, I love sunny Florida

We had dinner @ golden carol, we all had buffet, it was good, tomorrow is Paul’s birthday, all the waitresses sang song for him and it was very sweet, drove back home…

16th march

Woke up @ 7oclock, did not have enough, slept late last night, we were supposed to leave @ 8 to drop suzzi to the Orlando airport butter later Renee told we are going to leave @ 10 and drop her to her work. I had Oat meal for breakfast, while we were going to the airport, I went asleep in the van, I opened my eyes when we reached the airport, dropped suzzi, we will miss her, she is so nice…

Me and Drew went to the biggest mall in Florida, The Florida mall, went to the M&M store, got premium M&Ms, they had lot of stuff, we did not have time, we had to rush back home, I actually need to go to apple store, that is why we came to the mall, I had to replace the battery because it gets drained after listening to couple of songs, I got a new one in the battery replacement program by just paying a nominal amount, I got some accessories for it, we drove back home and picked Renee and she dropped us home and went back to attend her patients, Renee is the sweetest person in the planet….

I had Briyani again, yogurt for lunch, I am getting more bored of them eating than you guys reading the same thing, Drew fed the animals, I changed indoor to outdoor wheels, had shower and got ready and Renee took us for Ocala practice. I was in the front seat and talking to Renee, the boys accompanied us and we got along Gracy too, it’s got bigger than you think…

At practice, it was me, Drew, Maru, Ma Jose, Joey, Justin and Erin, we did right foot pushes and left foot pushes 10 laps and same thing opposite side, followed by 10 mile race on a 1 mile, I asked Joey about my shins, he said it’s because of Luigino Challenge boot, there is so much space in the ankle area that I can put my hands inside it, there is so much movement inside it, its gets loose after fully tightening them, trust me, when I wore the boot 2 years back, I was lyk this is the best boot I have ever been, it’s the other way actually, it stays tight and in shape for some days and gets loose in the ankle area, the leather reacts different way, my past boots before this were so much better than these, I never had so much problems compare to this one, I just can’t wait to have my Simmons, actually I can’t say that also because I seriously need to wait for a long time…hehe

We went to Bell view Italian restaurant, here they don’t accept credit and debit cards, we have been earlier too, this time I did not have much cash, I was later going to draw money in walmart, Drew forgot this wallet, Renee was there so we didn’t need to worry anyways, Drew told we will order a large cheese pizza for both for us, he told he was hungry, I told him last time I ordered a medium pizza and I could not finish them, I said we can’t have them, we both decided to have bet, he need not pay for the pizza if we both don’t finish it, I had to pay if we finish it, I was so confident that I was already like celebrating my win..lol the pizza it looked larger than he or me thought, we ate one by one, indeed we both had pizza in equal parts @ the same speed and able to finish the pizza with ease, I lost the bet..hehe but it was fun, I never had so much pizza @ a time, first of all I love pizzas and this was the best I can ever have…

You know I had only 5 cents more than the exact bill, I was safe, we went to Renee’s mom place to say hi and pick some pictures and drove back home, me, drew and the Mexican girls went to walmart while drew was driving, after shopping stuff, we got back home, the boys found one of the hamsters, it’s the same which I found in my room, hope we find the another one very soon before the cat or puppies eat them, pray to god that I recover soon, bye for now..

15th march

Woke up, had cereals for breakfast, had briyani, yogurt and banana for lunch, still missing mom’s food, sick of eating ready to eat food, I seriously want to learn cooking now. Fed the animals first time after my injury, they were happy that I was back..lol had shower, I can’t believe I did not have them for two days, got ready for practice, was excited to hit the track, had wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly, me, Renee, drew and suzzi and the boys left for pracitce.

The Mexicans arrived today, they are cute and sweet, the younger one is very shy. Joey came to the practice, At last I saw him in Florida, he still remembers me, we did warm up followed by stretches, and the track was dirty and very slippery because of that. We did 1 lap double drop in, I was feeling uncomfortable in the corners, push drills, it was only stretch, relax and repeat, I could not because of my right collar bone, but the Mexican girls pushing me just for weight, it sucks, trust me when you can perform the drill, I seriously didn’t like being just pushed and me not pushing, I told the Mexicans that I will try pushing with only left hand, after pushing with it, it still hurt badly, because both of them are so connected, Joey was superb in push drill, it showed how powerful he was, we did that into 3 sets, half lap starts, my right arm would hurt if I swing them, I was feeling like a handicap, we did 30 laps race, first 15 laps was a passing just behind the girls, my shins were hurting, may be because I did not train since couple of days, everything here was screwed, we did 1 lap relayx10 sets, me, Joey and Bryce were in one team, Joey had to push me, his push was awesome, I could not be stable sometimes, because I could not keep my shoulder firm and balance my weight, I tried pushing Bryce with two hands for almost like 5-6 pushes, it was hurting, then I was pushing with only one hand, I literally felt that I was an injured soldier @ that time but still we finished in the front. We did lots of core exercises like Joey specials, toe touch and rising the legs up while you are heading back and crunching; side toe touches with arm wide with bent knee.

Renee and the boys went home, Joey took me and drew in his Acura car, We had dinner @ village Inn, I had huevous rancheros with turtle pancakes, it was suzzi’s last dinner with us, so on the dinner table, it was me, Joey, drew, Paul, suzzi, tony, Bryce, Justin stelly, maru and ma Jose, we had to combine three tables together, it was nice, after dinner we went to Star bucks, Joey wanted to have coffee and couple of others, on our way back home, we i.e. Joey, me and drew and Justin with the three girls in his car were racing, it was full on fun.

The boys had forgot to close the lid of the cage of the Hamsters, they got away again and they are missing, We all were having chat in my favorite room, in which the Mexicans are living right now, Joey was hanging out with us, he is too good, his sense of humor is just amazing, we all are planning to go out this Thursday, Joey went back home, it was late, tomorrow I have to get up early, me and drew will be going to drop her up to Orlando airport and if possible on our way back, we both may go to a mall, bye guys, hope you guys are having fun, take care…

14th march

Guys today early morning the time is changed, its 1 hour ahead, I think you guys know about day light saving, so now it’s GMT- 4 and not GMT-5, and the difference between India and here is 9 hours and 30 minutes, till time will stay till November 7th 2010

I woke up @ 6:30, I wanted to go to practice, my right collar was still hurting but it was lot better than yesterday, Renee also told me to skip the practice and let them heal. So I went to bed and slept back.

I woke up @ about 9, had oats for breakfast, I was so jobless so I cleaned the dishes and watched roadies on the net, I had Pongal, yogurt and banana for lunch, spoke to Yashana on skype, it was so nice to speak to her after long time, she did not have webcam, she was so glad to see me, she was telling that I lost weight, hope she does not tell it to my parents..lol

Suzzi, Drew and Renee came from practice, drew told me about practice, He said Joey came to Practice, I was like what the hell, I should have been there, so anyways I am going to meet and practice with him tomorrow and I am so excited about it, Renee asked how I am feeling, I could not ask anything more, she cares about everybody so much, she is so nice…

Me and Drew went to walmart, he wanted to get a MP3 player, a small one for workouts, I wanted to have a haircut but the saloon was closed, Drew was so confused about choosing one, at last we both decided to get a cheap one with the same features as others and a nice JVC headphones, I got some groceries and we got back home.

13th march

Last night was horrible because of my injured right collar bone I could not sleep on any one side, I could not sleep on right side because that is where I got hurt and I could not sleep on left side because I have to twist my right elbow little for it and little stress on it was very painful so I had to sleep on my back, even getting out of my bed, changing clothes, was very difficult, I missed my mom so much @ that time, I was totally screwed.

Woke up, I still had the pain, I managed to remove my vest with difficulty and saw in the mirror, there was a difference between my left and right collar bone, I got worried seeing them. Drew, Paul and suzzi went to race Squiggy and I wanted to go, I had to stay back home because of pain. Renee had been too Ocala and I showed her my right collar bone, she gave me Ibuprofen pain killers and told how to take them, she told it’s been dislocated and will manage to take x-ray on Monday. After taking them, the pain was drastically reduced. I had Briyani, yogurt and banana for lunch, I wanted to feed the animals but I could not, Paul messaged saying that they are all going to spent the night @ Tony’s , they made homemade pizza and went for bowling, Tony uploaded a picture of them all having dinner and with a caption saying ”Vikram this is what you are missing, sorry you could not make it” I felt bad and well as good, I seriously wanted to be there, my bad luck you can say.

We have two hamsters @ home, they are so cute, the boys had opened the cage, one was missing, in the night I could see something which went side of my bed when I was busy with the computer, it was a hamster and I told Landan to get it from here, so hamster was finally back in its cage, me and boys were happy and we found them, we were scared if a cat or puppies will eat them, thank god it is safe.

I had Uncle Ben’s meal for dinner, Erin came home for tomorrow’s practice, I arranged things for tomorrow and slept

12th march

Last night slept after 1, because we reached home from Cassaberry only @ 1, so got up late and got freshen up. Had 2 servings of oat meal for breakfast, it was raining heavily outside, I just hate rains, people who know me well know that. Guess We had another skater who joined us to stay @ Renee’s , its none another than Justin Stelly who is a fast skater, sponsored by many, one of them is Bont, he is NSC too. Suzi wanted to go to Wifi spot @ Bubba’s buffet, Justin wanted to go to walmart and same with me and drew too, we went in Justin’s cool and sexy car, which is a Honda, which is very fast as him, it’s got two door, it’s a black color, I will find out the model and let you guys know about it in my next post. we dropped suzzi and we three shopped and picked her up back home, we could not wait because we had cold stuff in the car.

Back home I had Briyani, yogurt and banana for lunch, me and drew put our uniforms into washing machine, cleaned wheels , had shower and got ready for Brooksville practice, the weather was bad.

Me, drew and Paul in his car, suzi and the little boys in Justin’s car, we did warm up followed by stretches, 3 laps fast upfront, 2 laps fast upfront, group push drill-where the last two guys push for 2 laps and rest of them for 1 lap, the first guy after gets pushed sprints for 1 lap, the last guy goes to first in the next set and this continues till everybody finish their turn, we had lots of skaters for practice, we were no match to Justin, he was incredibly fast, he was powerful in push drill too. We than did intervals of 8 sets, I was feeling very confident in the corners like never before, I could step entire corner, when we were done half, I think it was 4th or 5th set, when I over took two guys in front of me, I was drafting behind Dustin, we were all skating close, I think little fast on the corner, I slipped in the corner, I got little hurt on the right side of the chin, jaws were little paining and badly on my right collar bone, after that we did a 50 lap open.

We went to Woodside Inn for dinner, I got a Italian extravaganza where I ate pasta, side salad with 1000 island dressing, pasta was yummy, after dinner we drove back home…

11th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had cereals for breakfast, Bombay briyani, yogurt and banana for lunch, me and Renee spoke, I shared a lot of things with her, she told she is going to treat my shins before I leave, hope things go well. Fed the animals, we are expecting a baby horse to come out of the female mini horse. Cleaned wheels had shower and got ready for practice. Supposed to be a rest day but there is a meet happening next weekend in Cassaberry city, so we drove to cassaberry to practice, the track is called semoran skateway, its coached by Jamie, we reached half an hour early and had to wait for them to open the door, it was newly coated, the track is as big as Tampa track and Kissimmee and the surface is like Brooksville, I somehow don’t like that much to skate just newly coated tracks, don’t like how they feel, the track was very fast and gripe, the wheels were barking @ some places which was scary so I was very careful about it, I did not like to fall, who likes it anyway..lol we had some of Kissimmee skaters joining us too for practice, this was a Team Florida practice.

We did warm up followed by stretches, 3 lap fast upfront, 2 laps fast upfront, basic drills, lots of reaction starts, half lap sprint, 1 lap sprint, 2 laps sprint, 20 laps passing drill, 1 lap relayx10sets,20 laps passing drill again which was a cooling down

We had dinner @ buffalo and wings sports bar, I had garden salad with 1000 island dressing and we drove back home, suzi was driving back, there was lot of fog so the roads were not appearing to be clear, so it was very difficult to drive, we reached home safely

10th march

Woke up, dragged the trash cans out to the gate, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal for breakfast.

Went for biking for 15 minutes as a warm up, in the gym-did static stretches, did upper body first, it was back, I did pushups-6-8repsx3 sets, barbell rowing without weights-12 repsx3 , barbell good mornings-12x3, did slideboard-25 slidesx4 sets, straight box jumps and side box jumps, both sides with medicine, all the three-8repsx3sets, calf rise and toe risex25x4, did abs for 15 minutes the routine which I follow, followed by more stretches and all the back strengthening exercises, drank lots of water and protein shake after workout.

Changed wheels to indoor and cleaned them. Had pongal, yogurt and banana for lunch.fed the animals, took a shower and got ready for Tampa practice, had 4 slices of peanut butter and jelly.

We all went with Renee along with the boys, we did warm up followed by stretches, left foot right foot upfront 2 laps, basic drills, opposite side skating, 20 minutes of doing all the basic drills 1 by 1 as per the instructions with regular skating, 2 person relayx2lapsx10sets. I was able to skate my hip over and cross the entire corner, I am happy that I am getting it right now. We did off skate, skating squatsx30 seconds slow, 15 seconds fastx3 sets, skating jacks-25x2 sets, squat with hold for 45 second followed by 15 seconds fast feet on toesx3 sets, we were two cones each, we had to keep the cones with distance apart as per our power, we need to tuck jump with high knees to chest to each side-10 jumps totalx3 sets. We all were sore after today’s training, off skate were killing…

We had buffet @ Cici’s pizza, I had pasta, and it was yummy, garlic bread, pizza which I had to specially order, it was included in buffet, I think it was a Mediterranean pizza, it was good though and an apple pie, all this for unlimited for just 5 dollar, can you believe that? It was worth….we drove back home, I was full and all tired after training…bye guys….

9th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had fiber one cereals for breakfast. spoke on the phone with couple of my Indian friends, I wanted to enjoy the sun so got the laptop out and sat on the table, to my shock I saw from nowhere the big female lama out, I have no idea how it got out, during this time, suzi was busy with her computer, Paul was @ work and Renee outside the city, drew was still sleeping @ the bran, me with little difficulty got him inside the big field, its original place, the lama land, drew got up and came, I told drew we really need to do this and make it happen, he had lots experiences with the fences of horses while working with this dad before, I blocked the way so that the female lama does not get out, he had a cutting player, he wanted a hammer, he did not where it was, I knew it, I told him to stay and watch the lama, I quickly and got it and gave it to him, the lama wanted to go back to the small field with other 3, I was dam sure if it crosses outside this path, we will not have anything in control, he broke the 1 small part of fence in a way that It could be fixed again, by feeding the lama we got the male and baby lama to the big field, the other female lama was little scared to enter, we also had to make sure while we bring this 1 lama in, the other lamas does not enter the small field, we were two people and it was all hard, with lots of difficulty and showing the female lama the way, we got it also to the Lama land, so there the mission was accomplished, he fixed the fence back, tight and clean, better than the way it was before, he got the gates, we both fixed it together, the lamas looked happy to be back together in its original place, more than anyone else I was very happy, I was super excited to see them back, it was such a huge relief, I was responsible for it to get out, today I got them inside, it was not impossible without drew.

I had veg briyani, yogurt and one banana for lunch, fed the animals and made sure that this time and every time when I go to feed the lamas I close the gate after entering, changed wheels to outdoor, had shower, got ready and rushed to Ocala outdoor practice

We did 1 mile warm up followed by stretches, on a 3 mile circuit, in the 1st lap, the last person sprints front for 20 seconds, the pack catches him with normal speed, 2nd lap the last person sprints and stops just in front of the front person, 3rd lap was regular skating but with high speed and accelerating in the finish line, we rested, next we did on a 1 mile 2 laps, sprinting only on downhill and uphill and rolling slowly rest of time, I really felt good today after so many days, for a change my shins did not hurt, I tried to do a knee drive and not fully stretching out while pushing and also was making sure I push only with my heels , ended with lots of stretches.

Paul wanted to buy a shoes, while he and suzi were buying, me and drew got a organic bar of 2 chocolates for our self, had dinner @ outback steak house, I got salad with 1000 island dressing and cheese quessdillas, I could not have them fully, everyone asked for a box, nobody could have their food fully, drove back home, tomorrow Joey is going to be there for the Tampa practice, I heard he along with other fast skaters who were is NSC are going to be there too, I can’t wait meet them all, especially Joey, so all the future practices are going be very hard, since he is going to be here, I am tired and sleepy, I don’t how many of you are reading my blog, guys please post your views…bye for now

8th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal. Had pongal for lunch.fed the animals, had 4 slices wheat bread with peanut butter before practice, we did warm up catching the pack followed by stretches, 1 lap upfront double drop in, basic drills, 2 half lap sprints, 1 lap sprint, 2 laps sprint, 3 laps sprint, 2 laps sprint, 1 lap sprint, opposite side regular skating, opposite side 2 laps sprint and 5 laps sprint, 25 laps situation passing drill, 1 lap relayx10sets, ended with 4 variations of core exercises , hands up above and knee crunch, Joey specials, frogie crunch, climb ups @ 3 stages with 1 leg, the leg is always up @ 45 degree, change side.
Had dinner @ village inn, I got veggie stuff with berries and cream pan cakes, I was full, went to walmart and reached home….

7th march

Woke up @ 6, got quickly freshen up, got ready for practice, had 4 slices of wheat with chocolate hazelnut spread. It was cold outside, me, Suzi, drew and Paul went in his car and Renee and boys in the van. @ Practice we did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps upfront left foot right foot, basic drills, we did one extra drill today, it was a Hauk practice, anybody practicing this drill will get them soon, I know to Hauk very well, I will practice this drill with my right leg in the days to come, since I always with Hauk with left, so that I can perform with both legs.

We did half lap starts, 1 lap sprint, 2 person push drill of 2 lapsx3sets, 25 laps sprint, 1 lap relayx10sets,done with indoor practice

We did a jog, speed drill on a square where one right leg goes in, left leg enters, right leg comes back followed by left and you jump fast onto other squares and do the same, focus here is fast feet, we did circuit of plyos, single leg jump onto cones, switch leg, low walk and tuck jump @ 3 places, cross over strides or jumps, sideways single leg jump onto cones, switch leg, low walk and tuck jump same as above, cross over strides, bunny hop jump with both legs and low walk and tuck jump and cross over strides. After that we did single leg hold isolation cross, switch leg and crossx3 or 4 sets, both leg isolation countdown of 10, after every countdown, 1 high tuck jump till @ the count of 1

We wore our skates, we did 1 lap concentrating on body weight transfer and led 1 lap each, quick drink, intervals like 1 lap sprint, recover, 3 laps sprint, recover, 5 laps sprint followed by like the same way 3 laps and 1 lap sprint, we ended the practice with 10 laps sprint, it was hard, I drank vitamin water between practices, it tasted good, had fiber one bar and protein shake after practice…

Drove back home, had tomato rice, yogurt and banana for lunch, fed the animals, took a nap, had oats in the evening , uncle Ben’s garden vegetable rice and one banana for dinner

6th march

Today morning though I woke up, my tummy was hurting because of yesterday’s horrible fall when a girl fell, we were in full speed, I could not avoid her, I flew in air and landed on tummy, the pain was unbearable for a certain amount of time, so I rested this morning and could not make it to Kissimmee practice, other guys trained really hard in indoor, they did lots of laps and outdoor they did 30 mile, I missed it.

I had cereals for breakfast, veg fried rice, yogurt and 1 banana for lunch, I fed the animals, I had cheese and bean burritos and 1 glass of milk, nothing eventful, whole day I was resting in the room….

5th march

Woke up, got freshen up, had kellogs fruit and yogurt cereal. Me and drew somehow sensed that today’s practice is going to be hard so did not work out in the gym. Had Pongal, mixed berry yogurt and one banana. Fed the horses and lama’s, cleaned wheels and had shower. Got ready for practice and ate 4 slices of wheat bread with peanut butter. Paul came from work and picked us up for Brooksville practice, we did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps upfront left foot right foot followed by lots of catching the pack drill, we did a drill, where 2 fastest people start on the line and have to do 4 lapsx10sets, every set they do there will be 1 person added and it continues till the slowest skater finishes till 10 sets, 2 person push drillx1 lapx10sets, people switch every lap and this is continues, so total 20 laps, 25 laps sprint followed by a elimination race till 2-3 people are there in the pack, the practice was really hard, we drove back home and went to walmart, Paul, suzi and Andrew got stuff to make homemade pizza, I had bread with rajma massala for dinner, now I am tired and sleepy..bye take care…

4th march

Woke up, had shower, had 2 servings of oat meal, put clothes into washing machine. Asked Chris to drop me, suzzi and drew to bubba’s buffet where we can access free Wifi and as well hang out. first I bought Tropicana orange juice and Munchies which is a brand of chips inside which you can find all the popular chips brands like Doritos, cheetos etc, after couple of hours, I got Hershey’s ice cream and brownie later, it was really get into internet after a week and get connected to people. Drew was felling bored and he walked all the way home walking, he was crazy… I was writing blog from 28th and it was hard to remember things but I was really good..lol

Andrew messaged when he reached home, he said Renee was home and they were all planning to go to carnival, so Renee picked us up, before she arrived we were waiting inside, because it was freezing outside, we went home and wore cold gear and drove to the fair.

We three along with the boys got our self 15 dollar ticket where you can go for unlimited rides, the first one looked to me like a kid’s ride and I was telling these guys to go for something else, they said its going to be good, we sat on them and it started, the ride was crazy, it was fun, I was actually wrong

The second ride was freaky, I got very scared, I just wanted to get out of it, we went for dashing cars, I don’t know what to call this, there were all glasses, they were so clear, you actually cannot make it if a glass exits or not, so without touching them, you need to find a way to go out after that we went to till some gravitation thing, you need to stand and rest on a board and it keeps revolves around, after that mine and drew’s head started spinning, we were almost sick, we did not want to attempt any more rides, we were not in a position to go for any more…

We played this money game, where you need to insert quarter dollar, the machine was full of money, the coin has to push other coins for you to get it, you can earn up to 100 dollar, Andrew and suzi were playing, we did have any luck to win, we were actually aiming for a 20 dollar and 100 dollar but we could not succeed, some got food @ fast food inside, I choose to eat @ home, drove back home…

I had cheese pizza and slept….

3rd march

Woke up, got freshen up, had MTR Kharabath and 1 glass of milk for breakfast, me and gym did circuit training in the gym, we did Barbell squats, bench press, slide board, box jumps, 1 minute both leg isolation, 30 sec single leg isolation, switch sides, except isolations we did everything 8 repsx 3 sets, ended with plaque and side plaque holding for 1 minute eachx2sets, we biked to walmart, shopped and biked back home. I had pongal, yogurt and banana for lunch. Cleaned wheels with water and changed outdoor to indoor wheels, had shower, got ready for practice, had 4 slices of wheat bread with hazel nut spread and 1 kellogs bar just before reaching the track.

We did warm up followed by stretches, did chasing, 1 lap left foot right foot single drop in, half lap starts, 1 lap sprint, 1 lap sprint with single drop in, basic drills, we did a new drill where we holding the cone with a hole in the middle like a steering wheel and doing small corners, we did lots of lapsx3sets, intervalsx4sets, 2 lap relay of two groups, when there is huge gap, the guy who is leading will be given instructions by the coach like only pushing right foot, right foot hold or left foot or left foot holdx5sets

We went to village Inn for dinner, today was free pie day, so everyone was excited, Tony also accompanied us, I ordered Huevos Rancheros with Turtle pancakes, when it was time for the pie, we were told that this month’s special Mint Brownie blast was over as we were late, I can’t be lucky every time, this time I ordered cherry Pie, it was not bad, we drove back home, on the way went to walmart, reached home and hit the bed…

2nd march

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal. Me and drew went biking for about 45 minutes hard. I was on a mountain bike and he was on his road bike, his bike is very fast…

We did slideboard, bench press and worked on biceps and ended with light static stretches

For lunch I had Sambar rice, yogurt and 1 banana

Renee was getting the boys today, Paul brother DJ came to fix Paul’s car battery, we got ready, DJ picked Paul from work, we all left for Ocala practice, dropped Paul to his school and we went to baseline

We did left foot right foot and same thing opposite side followed by quick stretching

We did hard 10 k on a 1 mile circuit, rested and had a slip of water, after that we did 5 uphill sprints and 5 uphill starts

We went to Sonic a fast food center where they serve food on roller skates, I ordered burrito without meat, I wasn’t impressed with the way they tasted and also the fillings were falling out and that wasn’t good.

We went to pick Paul from his school, DJ went back home, boys were @ home, I had Cereals and slept….

1st march

Woke up, got freshen up, had kellogs Cereal and 1 glass of orange juice. me and Drew trained in the gym, did warm up on the bike, quick stretches, straight box jumps, side box jumps, slideboard, core and back strengthening exercises. I had Pongal, yogurt and banana for lunch. I had bread with peanut butter spread and kellogs bar before practice. Renee came along with us for the practice, we did left foot right foot upfront 2 laps each, lots of half lap starts, 1 lap sprint, 2 person push drill double drop- 3 sets each, 15 laps sprint, 1 lap relayx5sets. We did off skate- step ups 1 leg @ a time 30 sec slow, 30 sec fast rest and 15 sec slow and 15 sec slow, single leg jump over the cones switch sides, side single leg jump over the cones switch sides, both leg hop jump. We drove back home, on the way we had dinner @ waffle house, I had chocolate chip Waffle with cheese sandwich, that’s it for today….

28th Feb

Woke up @ 2am, had a shower, I had oats, we left home @ 3am, we had to leave early as we need to clean the floor for the meet, when we reached the track, there was water all over because of the roof from where the water was spilling, me with other guys voluntarily got down to clean the floor with towel, we were there from the start to finish of all races of different age groups.

The races were amazing, even though this was a small meet, we had other teams besides Team Florida like Star Dust and Team fast and couple of other teams participating in the meet. The skaters were really fast, each skater had to race many events, they race an event and immediately after that they had to race another, so the rest between the races are little

I had 4 slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly @ the snack bar inside the track, after the meet we went to golden carol for lunch, we all had buffet, tony, his mom and his sister and sister’s son too joined us for lunch, got back home.

Andrew lee Valinsky had come with his parents, he will be here throughout the year to train with Team Florida and Stay @ Renee’s place, like as usual I went to feed the horses and lamas, while I was feeding the Male lama and the small lama keeping the bowls on my hand, so that the big female lama does not eat their food. The big female lama ran out of their gate, all the other lamas followed it, I had to chase all of them, the big female lama jumped out of the little fence and tried to go to the land of one of he neighbor’s, there is a gate outside the fence from where you can go to the other land, Drew closed the date but he did not close properly, so I had to do it again, with much difficulty I made the lama to jump back the fence, I shouldn’t have chased, I chased only to get them back to the lama’s land, I stood there for a long time, so that they don’t jump onto the fence, Erin and Suzi were sleeping when all these things were going

Paul was there in the bran doing something, he wasn’t aware of things happening, later he came out, so we all surrounded them to get them back, we tired giving food and bringing them back but they were all smart, they used to go back when they had to put 1 step inside the Lama’s land

It was very expensive to call the Lama catcher’s as they charge 500$ an hour, there is one more small portion of land next to their land which belongs to Renee’s itself, it is little smaller, all the four lama’s were eating grass, we all got the gate fixed them there, so now they are all safe. I never experienced something like this, it was really hard.

27th feb part-1

I slept last night late because I was watching the Vancouver , the men’s semi final and final was very funny, because of falls, especially the final, the Canadian finished turning backwards, I was cheering for Apollo, I love the way he skates, he is amazing, no doubt about it, men’s team pursuit was really good, the Canadians really did a great job, china finished second and Team USA finished 3rd, I was happy for them, me woke up like 5:30, did not have enough sleep, it was cold and raining, left for Kissimmee practice, Paul forgot to turn on one of the exits, so we reached 45 late, everyone else were doing 50 laps fast, after that we joined them, we did 30 laps fast, sprint @ one cornerx5 time 2 laps betweenx5sets, 2 person push drillx2 lapsx10 sets, intervalsx6 sets, than we did 3 person in the pack, 1 person comes from the relay box inside and the 3rd person pushes this person and the person who gets pushed gets into 2nd place and jumps into 1st place in the next corner, we did that 10 sets, it was still raining, I picked them 3 sides take away @ Boston market, I was watching night gate, it seems interesting, now have come to a ice cream parlor so that we can access free Wi-Fi , I got myself 2 scoops of Hershey’s icecream

27th feb Part-II

When we reached home, I went for biking, it was late evening, it was all dark, it was all scary, Paul was biking on his road bike attached with a trainer inside the gym. After that I just did slideboard because I was sore after yesterday’s offskate, I had cheese and bean burritos, suzi and Paul cooked Pizza @ home, I had a small portion of it and it was good. Watched Vancouver Team pursuit till late night and slept…

26th feb

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 different flavors of oat meal, got geared up in warm clothing for biking outside, biked 1 more street further, going further and further everyday so that I don’t get lost, while biking there is a boxer dog in one of the houses, always the gate of the house is closed, I think the owner had opened the gate, the dog was out, it was looking at me, I got little scared and stopped, I shouldn’t have done that, I should have kept going, anyways it did not do anything, not all dogs keep quite, some come and chase you, reached home, did stretching, pushups, straight box jumps, side box jumps, both sides, all with 10kg medicine ball, did 50x4sets slideboard, slow and smooth, concentrating on only technique on form, turning my hip, transferring weight fully to the gliding leg, after pushing doing the back entry and closing the hip, every single is important, did 15 minutes of abs of my regular routine, pushups of 20 reps eachx3sets, sitting down stretching, back strengthening exercises, shin and calf strengthening exercises, the puppies somehow broke the nail of door of their house which was built by Chris couple of days ago, they ran away and as usual went to opposite neighbor’s place, I was at the gym that time, Suzi was reading book outside, she called me , she is actually scared of dogs, so I ran and got them all out, put them into the house first, I inserted a new nail, actually two nails and hammered them, than 1 by 1 put all the puppies inside it, only 3 puppies as gracy was in Renee’s room.

Cleaned wheels, had shower and got ready for practice, had 2 slices of wheat bread with peanut butter, I love peanut butter, its creamy and yummy! Just before reaching Brooksville I had kellogs bar, we did warm up followed by stretches, 3 laps fast upfront followed by 2 laps upfront, lots of half laps sprints, 3 laps sprint, 5 laps sprint, 2 person relayx2 laps each, it was total 30 laps, I had to start and also end too, I did 8 times and my partner Thomas 7 times, after that we did team relayx1lapx 10 sets, ended with cooling down laps, went to sonnie’s for dinner, Erin has come for weekend practice, she came with Renee, we reached their directly from practice, they both came from home, I had bottom less salad bar, reached home, I was little hungry, I had kellogs frosted pastry, watched Vancouver Olympics and slept….

Woke up, had a shower, it was sunny outside but it was dam cold, I had 1 cheese and bean burrito which I got from walmart yesterday, so now I have more choices to eat other than the usual one after burrito I had 2 slices of wheat bread with peanut butter bread, 1 servings of oat meal and 1 glass of orange juice, internet has still not been fixed, it sucks, I had lemon rice, yogurt and 1 banana for lunch, fed the horses and the lamas, left the puppies out, I played with the dogs for 45 minutes, out of them angel is the best, you throw the ball and she gets them back to you, she is a very good runner, though it was rest day, I went to for a 40miutes slow to recover, I am very familiar with the road numbers now, before I used to not go long, now I go very long and I don’t get lost, there is at least 1 dog in everybody’s house, it’s usually 2 dogs, I saw two dogs of a same breed in one of the house while biking, gosh they are so huge, they are giant sized, no it’s not a great den, its white in color, it’s dog fur, it’s tall and as well as lengthy too, I did a google search and I think the breed is Kuvasz or Great Pyreenees , I am going to take pictures and video of the entire place when I go for biking for recovery on bike next week, after biking I did stretches, abs and back strengthening exercises, I had Maggie, yogurt and banana for dinner , watched tv for a while and slept

24th feb

Woke up early than usual, I somehow realized that I did not keep trash cans yesterday night, I forgot because I was very tired after the gym workout, dragged them all outside the gate, there was so much trash this week, it sucks when you want to take them all outside the gate from the front door dragging them all out, had shower, drank water before breakfast, had kellogs fruit and yogurt wheat flakes,milk with cranberries on them and 1 glass of orange juice, had 2 slices of wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly after an hour, went on for 40 minutes of high pace biking, did static stretching, both leg and single leg both sides isolations, did slide board, now I am able to turn my hip and load only leg, thanks to son for opening my eyes and teaching me the correct way of doing it, did 15 minutes of abs exercises I follow, did back strengthening exercises and more stretches sitting down, did lots of toe and calf raises to strengthen the shin and calf, had lots of water, put the clothes into washing machine followed by it into the dryer, had Pongal, strawberry and banana flavored yogurt and banana, hope I finish the Pongal recipes I have, I just don’t like them much, left the dogs out, fed the horses and lamas, I had frosted kellogs chocolate biscuit and 1 serving of oats @ 4, we had practice @ Tampa, Renee came along with us for the practice, I get excited like a baby like how it gets excited seeing Barbie doll, we did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps left foot right foot, half lap sprints, 2 person push drill with 1 small corner ,after 1 lap, the person in the front sprints the same but alone, we all did skate till we tired drill i.e. everyone has to pace laps, it’s almost sprinting, you need to do keep doing that till the coach tells to change, that’s it, for dinner, we did not got to village inn as today the practice was from 8-9:30, we could have gone but since the place is dinning, the order takes long, I really wanted to have a free pie as it was Wednesday, we all missed it..lol, so we went to subway, here it was the Indian who was working, his name was patak(that’s what it sounded as), he was doing a part time job, he is a student doing hospitality course, I got regular veggie, this was the first time me eating something from subway, people who know me well I don’t like food @ fast food centers except dominos pizza, I just love dominos, after we drove home, we went to Walmart in Paul’s car, Suzi the Belgium gal is very sweet, having a good time with her, came back home and slept, there is no internet when I am writing this….

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oats and 1 glass of orange juice, for lunch I had tomato rice, yogurt and banana, fed horses, lamas and left the dogs out, Renee went to her mom’s place so Chris asked if we wanted to go to outdoor, I said no because I wanted to heal the injury of my right leg tongue area, I had Kellogs frosted chocolate biscuit and fiber bar, I did 15 minutes biking for warm up, barbell squats, pushups, box jumps, side box jumps, both leg isolation, single isolation, both sides, slide board, me and Paul medicine ball agility exercise on single leg squatting, both sides, plaque, side plaque, back stretches and more stretches to cool down, had 5 slices of wheat bread with Dal fry and banana, hydrated myself through out the day...

22nd feb

Yesterday i slept with Jonathan’s family; I would like to share lot of things, when I had dinner with them, Mrs. Jessica i.e. Jonathan’s wife, he interacted with me very nicely, she wanted to know about skating in India, I liked sharing everything to them, in the house they had a huge atlas, where I showed them where I exactly live, when I reached the house, I checked out all the 4 rooms of each of them, Briton the eldest of the 4 had the best room, he has the most comfortable bed in the whole house, bright lights, couch, very big LCD TV, small and cute laptop, I was told that he bought TV with his own pocket money of savings and Christmas gifts, Jackson room was cute for his small age, tucker’s was also nice, he has laptop something like mine, I was sleeping in harden’s room, its good too, living and every room in the house is got pictures of their family and pictures of every age they were into and how they looked, sweet memories and stuff like that, the interiors are done by Jessica,every kid is got a bank, where they put and draw money, its small ATM machine kind, they have a discipline in the house to encourage them to do the house work, they have sheet and magnets on the wall near the kitchen, they get points for garbage work, room neatness, bed making, napkins when having food and stuff like that, they get paid at the end of the week, during the Christmas time whoever gets the most points will get a bonus of 100$, it seems Tucker won last year, at present harden has most points, harden is a champ in skating in his age group, Jackson is still a small kid, tucker skates but is doing well in football, Brinton the eldest skates too but he just want to skate and doing meets but not to push harder , don’t forget when I am talking about the kids, his dad i.e. Jonathan skates pretty well for 45 age, they are little strict and a pressure towards Briton as he is the eldest, in USA every kid has to go to school, if anyone is not going, the parents are going to be charged under child negligence act, when they step into college, most of them have to do part time job and pay for their fees and room stay, that’s why most of them don’t stay with their family and start working hard and learn responsibility @ very young age

morning I got up out of the bed @ 7 even though I was awake, because the kids need to use the bathroom as they have to rush to school, Mr. Jonathan woke me up, I had sandwich with grapes, Briton the eldest son was dropped by Ms. Jessica, before dropping his mom was getting and losing on him as he was getting late, he was finishing his one of his assignment, which he did not complete but still she dragged to drop him to his school We drove to the elementary and middle school to drop Jackson, Harden and Tucker, Jonathan’s family is called Simkins, they are very few people in school who have got parking reserved especially for them, I was taken to youngest son Jackson’s class, the vice principal was present, Jonathan introduced me to her, so I spoke to the kids there, it was all spontaneous, I pointed @ the Atlas, told them about our national animal, bird, why I am here in USA? What is new and different here? In the end i showed them to tell hello in Indian way, i.e. Namaste….the principal was surprised with the way I speak English and my accent….

We drove to Simmons’s place, on the way I saw the Tampa bay both sides of the road, it was a beautiful, we drove to the sky way bridge, it seems the bridge was rebuilt again because way back in 1985 a ship crashed to the bridge and many people died , so the bridge had to be lifted high,saw multistory buildings....

This was the second time meeting Simmons, David is such a nice person, I got casted, my order is enlisted, i told my favorite colors to Jennifer and told her to do the best she can and surprise me when i see them, I need to at least wait for 8-9 weeks to start for them to make my boots, when they start making it takes 3 days, they approximately finish boots of 4 pairs in a week, once they finish building boots to all those who got casted before me, mine will be started. David showed us his boat. we drove back home, actually Jonathan is into bee removal business, he is running them the 15 year now, his company is called Insect IQ, whole way he was getting calls and orders, at the end of the day he earned 1000$ just by answering the calls and driving car, he was very happy and considering me his lucky charm, he was telling about it to everybody in the indoor too saying he wants to hang me around his neck cause I was is lucky charm, I was happy too for him… we actually had to go to St Petersburg city before reaching home to attend one of his client, the city was amazing, every city in Florida is good in its way the way the houses and building are built, Jonathan talks to his clients as if he knows them from long time like one of his family member, he also introduced me to them, I think that is how he markets himself and his products , that is very impressive, whole way i was talking about Indian culture, values, languages we speak, religions , different gods we worship, Jonathan had a great time and i had a wonderfull time with him too...we reached home, I was searching for my 3/4th, I didn’t know that Ms Jessica took them from bathroom when I forgot to take them, she put them to washing machine and it was ready lying on my bed, she is more sweet then I actually taught, harden came to home early itself because he had a bad cough, actually whole night he was coughing, hope he recovers soon, Briton had homework, so me, Jonathan, Tucker and Jackson drove to practice, i could not say bye to Mrs. Jessica so i called from Jonathan's cell and thanked her for being so nice and for everything, she liked me so much and impressed with me that later Jonathan receives message from her saying that i can stay in their place anytime and as long as i want to, i was touched by it...

we dropped Tucker to his football practice and we to indoor, we reached way early than expected because there was very less traffic, we did warm up followed by stretches, 1 lap upfront small circles only in only in one corner, half lap starts, now I know how much it makes a difference when you shift or load or isolate weight on your left leg, it does pain but makes a lot of difference , sprint with small circle once and finish next half lap, sprint with small circle one side twice and finish half lap, basic drills, opposite corners, the Belgium girl was skating and also assisting tony because she is her for her project as she is going to entering the coaching field , intervalsx6, two person relayx2 lapsx5 sets, my corners are really getting better slowly, hope I get them perfect, we did off skate drills like steps ups with 1 leg after other-30 secs slow, 30 secs fast, rest 15 secs slow and 15 secs slow, than cones arranged with equal distance, hop with 1 leg half distance and change other leg, bunny hopping with both legs, side hopping the half distance and change side and do the next halfx3 sets total, doing all these exercises was do activate fast twitch muscles and do have fast feet

We went to village inn, I had huevos rancheros and substituted them with turtle pancakes which was 0.99$, turtle pan cakes are usual pan cakes but with chocolate and cream, after main dish when I having the pan cakes, people taught I am not going to having, I seriously was very hungry and enjoyed finishing them with no ease, the waitress did not add turtle pan cakes to the bill and when I mentioned about it, it told me to not to worry, it is actually worth 5 dollar(for me it is 99 cents)when you order them separately, that’s really so sweet of her…

Drove back home, on the way we three were talking training, racing, mental fitness, tactics and psychology, my luggage was shifted to the bran, people from court had come to house study, it seems the boys(whom Renee is adopting) will be arriving on Friday, so I shifted everything to my room, it took hours to arrange my little and give makeover to my little room, the weather is getting warmer down, the typical Florida climate, tomorrow if it does not rain we will be going to Ocala baseline for outdoor practice… i have taken some more pictures, i am so much with everything i am doing and sharing all of the things share, i don't find time to upload, i am sure i am going to do them very soon, take care guys, please post your comments..

Woke up @ 5:45, got freshen up, had banana and 2 kellogs blue berry bar, Yesterday Chris made a small house outside for the dogs, today they were all put inside them, they all looked sad, I was feeling bad too, left for practice, Renee came along with us, she was as excited as us, we had lots of people for the practice today since it was a Sunday, we did warm up followed by stretches, 1 lap fast regular skating, basic drills, half lap sprint, 5 laps sprint, 1 lap relayx10sets, I had tropical vegetarian for breakfast, headed to outdoor, we did warm up everyone leading, push drill straightx3sets,2 laps sprint chasingx2sets, 10k race, it was hard day, I feeling sore and all tired, I went along with Jonathan and family as he will be driving me to Simmons’s place tomorrow, they took me mellow mushroom , I had a veggie pizza, came back home, bye….

20th feb

Woke up @ 5:25, got freshen up, had banana and kellogs bar, left for practice for Kissimmee, slept in the car, we did warm up followed by stretches, 10 laps build upx3, basic drills, push drill group of 4 or 5, 1 stretchx1 set,2 laps push drill of group 4 or 5x2 sets, push drill-group of 2,small corners both sidesx5sets,passing drill-passing every person twice from last to first, when others pass you, you need to pass them once, you do this till everyone finish the drill with 5 laps sprint, 2 person relayx2lapsx5,intervalsx6,reaction starts, we did outdoor practice, we did warm up, don’t know how much was the distance, after that we all decided to do 5k race of two teams, objective here is when someone in your team is falling back, you need push him or her to be in the pack, it was going well until Adam fell, Franchesca fell badly and Jonathan fell on her, Paul, me, Sophie and Erin were safe, we all stopped after that thinking that we are all tired and need to rest before we injure or hurt our self, later in the day we got to know that franchesca broke her wrist, that’s really sad. we had food @ Boston market, I had spinach, corn bread, stuffings, sweet corn, we went to Sophie’s place to hang out because we had to pick the Belgium girl later in the evening @ Orlando airport, we watched moves like wipe it and ugly truth, I also slept on a recliner, we left home to go the airport, on the way dropped @ taco bell to get burrito, picked up the girl and reached home, I had tomato rice for dinner, tomorrow indoor followed by outdoor practice @ Tampa, it’d going to be hard, bye for now…

yesterday night i could not sleep, i had to leave the puppies to the living room as Renee went to her mom's place and i was all alone, i actually closed my room door so that they don't enter and i slept, they started hitting my door, i could not sleep,sad the puppies wanted to sleep with me , so i allowed them to sleep on my bed, angel had flies, so i immediately changed my bed sheet, i did not have an option to live them all to the Renee's room,they got quiet and i slept, it was horrible

2day morning woke up, had 2 servings of oat meal,went for 15 mins of biking for warm up, trained in the gym, read some pages of competive speed skating handbook, had 2 bars of chewy oats, had tomoato rice, peach yogurt and banana for lunch, fed the horses and lamas, there were already food in the bowls for the puppies, went to practice @ brooksville, did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps up in the front left foot right foot,pushing drill-group of 5, each person push for 2 laps, till they are 2 guys, the guy in the front after he gets pushed goes for a 1 lap sprint,2 person relay x 2 lapsx8,intervalsx6,1 lap relayx10 sets, 20 laps cooling down, erin arrived, we picked her from home, went to the walmar, i had 2 burritos for dinner and they got pizzas from little caesars, tomorrow practice @ kissimmee....

today was rest day so woke up late, had 4 slices of wheat bread with hazel nut spread,i had masala rice,peach yogurt and banana, fed the puppies and horses, Renee had fed the lamas when she was here in the afternoon,i am getting bored @ home staying alone, had Briyani for dinner, yogurt,i will be sleeping alone in the lama land(the place i am living now)with 2 horses, 4 lamas and 2 horses, Renee's mom is out of the hosipital, i hope she recovers soon, so she is going to stay with her mom, bye guys....

Woke up, had 2 servings of oat meal. went to Beef o Brady’s , can’t say it was lunch as it was around 11:30, it was Bianca’s last day , went there to have food together, I got myself large garden salad with 1000 island dressing. Went to walmart. Did 15 minutes cycling, today was the first day on them, I worked on the gym, did stretches, squats, pushups, straight box jumps, side box jumps, slide board, plank and ended with more stretches. left the puppies to the living room, filled food and water to their b owls, so now we have 4 puppies, if did you read my previous, new puppy’s name is angel, who belongs to the two boys whom Renee’s is adopting and they will here soon, fed the horses and lamas, had sambar rice, peach yogurt and banana, cleaned wheels, had shower, had fiber bar, left for Tampa practice, took a nap in the car. did warm up followed by stretches, floor was good, 1 lap small circles both sides, 2 laps fast regular skating, 1 lap sprint, 2 laps sprint, 3 lap sprint, 2 lap sprint, 1 lap sprint, intervalsx4sets,1 lap relayx10 sets ended with core exercises like sitting on the edge, swinging both the legs lower without touching the ground-30secs,30secs,45secs, legs straight in the ground, touching the toes, while going back but not fully back, lifting the legs and crunching itx10reps, crunchy frogx1set.

Went to village Inn for dinner, it was me, Paul, Bianca and tony, I had Huevos rancheros, we got a free pie to choose, so I got white chocolate cherry dream, it’s the one which is special this month, no one knew about it, they all ordered different, mine was the best, it tasted ultimate, everybody were staring @ me and it was funny looking @ their faces. Went to bowling alley, this was the first time I ever played it, I had real fun, I loved playing, its technical, we just played one game, I got @ it better in the later frames, Bianca went along with tony as her flight is tomorrow, me and Paul drove back home, filled gas @ the walmart, reached home, now me seeing Vancouver ice speed skating races, bye….

16th feb

Woke up @ 5:45, I did not get enough sleep, slept like only 4 hours, quickly got fresh and dressed up, had 2 servings of oat meal, took skates, laptop and food, we left home @ 6:30 to cape carol city, I was very excited, dropped Paul to his work, sad he had to get up early too, I was sleeping all the way and as usual Bianca was driving, we took about 3 hours to reach the destination, the city was awesome, it’s got the best houses in Florida, people all around the world buy houses here and settle down, the climate is always warm, David’s house was a beach house which connects to ocean, it’s obvious they have a boat, his hobbies are like fishing, boating and biking, skating. The house had everything in them, a Jacuzzi, swimming pool and more, it looked to me like a 7 star hotel, at least it’s the best house I have ever been to. he has been making boots since 20 years, he is the best boot maker in the world, there is not even a single person who is unhappy or has got complaints with his boots. we stepped first to his workshop, where you can find molds of hundreds of skaters, every single part of a boot was being done here, he works all day, his wife helps him too, its managed by only them so that’s why the wait time for boots is so much but it’s worth after getting them, I tried one of their stock boots to try the fit, when I put my foot inside, it held my foot perfectly and there wasn’t any single movement, I was impressed, Bianca got 1 foot of hers which she had problems casted again, they took us for lunch to cape harbor the marina in their BMW, it’s was the first time I experienced sitting in a BMW and it was awesome, I can’t explain it, there we went to The Joint restaurant, somehow David asked when I was seeing the menu if I was a vegetarian, I was really surprised because till today no one asked me, it was always I used to tell first, I got a Mediterranean pizza, it was really good, took pictures with them, drove back home, this has been one of my best days here, I am blessed, reached home, left the puppies to living room, filled food and water into their bowls, fed the horses and lamas too, I had Pongal for lunch, I hated the taste, No one was there to take to Ocala baseline for outdoor practice, so trained in the gym, had wheat flakes for dinner, I did not feel like eating anything else, spoke to Joey Mantia, he told he is going be here on march 9th,can’t wait to meet him, we got 1 more dog whose name is angel, it belongs to the boys whom Renee is adopting and are going to be here very soon, its freakin cold out, that’s it for today, bye…

President's Day

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal, was feeling sour because of yesterday’s workout, had sambar rice, yogurt and banana for lunch. left the puppies to living room, filled their bowls with food and water, fed the horses and lamas, today I was paying attention to Lamas behavior towards each other, I have got closer to them, they are not scared of me, they come very close to me now, out of 4 lamas there is female lama which is kinda dominating and spits on other lamas and people, it has never spited on me, at least until now, I have seen it doing but others have experienced them..lol At last I cleaned my bearings today, put my clothes to washing machine and dryer. Since yesterday the weather is really good, it’s sunny and less cold, hope it stays this way. Took shower before practice, arranged the clothes inside the cupboard. left for practice @ Tampa, we did warm up followed by stretches, floor was ok, 2 lap pacing right foot, left foot, immediately back in the group 1 lap fast regular skating in the front, all the basic drills, reaction starts, 1 lap sprints, 10 laps sprint, everyone in a group from slower to faster order, the skater in the front sprints and the last guy also sprints @ the same time, the objective here-the last skater has to catch the front skater before he reaches the pack which is moving @ medium constant pacex5 sets, this drill was really good, 1 lap relayx10 sets, my left shin was hurting and the tongue area on my right foot is hurting very badly, because the cushion on the right boot’s tongue is worn out, I need to find a solution for it, there is already a black mark on my foot, ended with off skate plyo stuff like mountain climbing(name of the drill)-20 slow and 10 fastx2sets,20 slow squat and 10 fast squatx3 sets, had soy protein after practice, have been drinking lots of water throughout the day, had burrito for dinner @ village inn, Bianca was driving back home, there was major traffic in the highway but it got cleared later, I realized there is a lane where no vehicles move on them, I got to know that it’s a separate or dedicated lane for emergency for police and ambulance, isn’t that great? I wish we had same thing in India, it sucks to imagine that in our country pizzas reach faster than a ambulance does. Bianca has some problems with her boots so to fix them we are going tomorrow to cape carol city to meet David Simmons’s place, it’s a 3 hour drive from here, that’s a long time, I will be accompanying and helping her with directions and stuff, so need to get up early, bye bye…

VALENTINE’S DAY

Woke up, took a shower, had 4 slices of wheat bread with white chocolate peanut butter spread, me, Paul and Bianca trained @ the gym, me and Paul went for a small jog, did static stretches,some off skate exercises to warm our self up, we did dead lift, barbell squats, lunges, pushups and ended with light stretches, had Bombay briyani, strawberry yogurt and banana for lunch, we went to skate @ bike trail nearby, we did 20k, first half I kept up good but when we were doing second half, my shins were hurting very bad and I was pushing very hard to complete them, I am learning to practice long strides now, we then did straight sprints, had soy protein shake, went to walmart, picked up belt to support the lower back while doing weights, mineral sprints to clean bearings, 8 pack of mix flavor of fat less yogurt and a diary milk chocolate, came home, had a shower and ate diary milk chocolate, there is difference in the taste of it, somehow I love diary milk the one available in India, this one wasn’t bad though, I liked it, we again trained in the gym, did medicine ball stability exercises, it requires lot of balance, it was hard but it was fun, did lots of variations of abs and core exercises, ended with slideboard, I am getting better at them, thanks Son, I am missing you dude, wanted to see Vancouver Olympics but don’t know it wasn’t being broadcasted, don’t know what was wrong with the satellite, HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY guys , I want to tell you one thing to everyone, MY NAME IS VIKRAM AND I AM NOT A TERROIST…..

13th Feb

Woke up @ 5:30, getting up so early than usual days is really difficult, got freshen up, I ate 1 banana and fiber bar, left @ 6:15 for Kissimmee practice, as usually I was sleeping in the car and Bianca was driving, when we reached, we were sitting in the car still and waiting for the rink door to open, it’s very cold, I am not a fan of winter and I am not liking anything connected with cold, I got everything from India except track pants, I am just on my 3/4ths and shorts and people still wonder when they see me on them, they think I am crazy, the track was slippery and dirty, I have been told the track is slippery because of the cold and that really sucks, we did warm up followed by stretches, 100 laps fast pace, basic drills, pushing drill- the last person pushing the whole group for 2 laps and he goes to the first place after that, except the person who is pushing everyone should concentrate on form and technique as you are going to be rolling, the person who pushes is to develop power,intervalsx6 sets,3 person in a group, the person from the middle comes to take the relay push, the person who is in the group push him and stop, the person who gets pushed goes to the second place and goes front in the next cornerx5 sets, reaction starts, 1 lap sprint, 1 lap relay x 2 sets, 2 in a group, 1 person pushing the other person and doing 1 small corner on both the sidesx4sets, had 3 sides for breakfast @ Boston market, from there went to Prime outlet @ Orlando as Bianca wanted to shop, by the way Paul got his flight delay again, so he cancelled and got his money refunded, he really wanted to go to north Carolina and race there, sad he could not make it because of the weather, reached home, left puppies to the living room, fed horses and the lamas, it makes me very happy feeding them, watched long track Vancouver Olympics, it’s kinda boring because long track is time trails, Kramer Sven from Netherlands won the gold in 5000 meters with a timing of 6:14.60, he is very fast, he had been winning since last 3 years, this is first Olympic gold medal and that’s very special, had MTR curry rice for lunch, oh it contains so much oil….had shower, for dinner Bianca, Paul and Renee went to Sonnies, I just did not feel like eating outside, so I just made myself a 2 servings of Oat meal and that’s not bad, whereas it is healthy!, just watched semis and finals of short track, it’s so much fun, it’s very fast and more of group racing, great to see every one passing each other, I was excited to see Apollo Ohno who has won several golds in the Olympics, he was very cool in the semis, he waited for the long time to pass, he just got qualified, in the finals, Apollo did really well, tired every time but the Koreans 1, 2, 3 were very fast, just before the finishing 2 Koreans fell, so Korea got first, Apollo got silver, his team mate Celski Jr got second, Apollo was very happy, need to get up early for tomorrow’s practice, bye for now guys

Woke up, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal, it was very freezing and continuously raining so I did go out to train, I had wheat bread with peanut butter @ 12, had MTR Massala rice for lunch, it was really good, Bianca went to drop Paul @ the Tampa international airport, left the puppies from Renee’s room to the living room, filled food and water on their respective bowls, fed the lamas and horses too, it was raining heavily, I was freezing when I was feeding, I got all wet, cleaned my wheels, took a shower, was watching television and waiting for Bianca to arrive, we left for practice @ Brooksville @ 4:00, the owner of the rink arrived after an hour, till than we all did off skate exercises, not much, so we got to train only for 45 minutes, we did warm up followed by stretches, we did 2 laps fast each regular skating and immediately we did 2 laps left foot right, intervalsx5 sets, ended with 20 laps fast pace, I had whey protein shake, we went along with Dustin and family in their car to Beef ‘o’ Brady’s , I just had large salad with 1000 island dressing, we were watching little bit of winter Olympics, we drove home, when we reached , there was no power, so me and Bianca decided to come to beef ‘o’ Brady’s near our place which is @ Bushnell so that we can use internet and as well see the opening ceremony of Vancouver Olympics, right now i am eating chocolate eruption cake so that they don't kick us out..lolfrom yesterday night there is no internet @ home , I am posting about yesterday also today only, when we were in rink I received message from Paul saying that his flight got cancelled because of bad weather and it is scheduled tomorrow afternoon, sad, I hope the net is back @ home, tomorrow practice @ Kissimmee, need to get up early, bye for now

11th feb

Woke up little late than usual, took a shower, had 4 slices of wheat bread with hazelnut chocolate spread and also had Oreo cookie, had a fiber bar after an hour, lunch was MTR Rasam rice, today was off, Bianca wanted to shop, we left home after my lunch, shopped @ Walmart, had Frosty @ Wendy’s drive thru and picked Paul from his work place, I picked food for a more than a month @ Sagar grocery stores @ Ocala near to the mall, opposite to the mall was Paul’s school, we dropped him @ his school and we came to the JC Penney mall, Bianca got stuff for her sister, I got stuff from GNC and also from vitamin centre, I got what I really wanted and I was happy and glad that we went there, this mall has got very interesting and good stuff, I will buy them all later before leaving USA, I have lots of time for that, I also need to go to Virginia too, I have not visited any places also, I had go veggie wrap @ froots and raspberry yogurt with chocolate chips and black berries on them, yummy na? from there we went to pick Paul, we met Joey Mantia’s dad to collect uniforms and give it to Joey @ north Carolina, Paul is leaving tomorrow along with Tony, I really wanted to go, if I book air tickets now, it’s going to be expensive, Air tickets, room rent, car rent, food and all is going to come up to 600$ and that’s a lot of money…lol we went to Paul’s house, he had to pick some warm clothes since its going to be snowing, the weather all around is getting bad, I met his two dogs Sandy and Maggie, they are really cute, I saw a pussy cat too, I liked his house, it was nice, lots of pictures all around, he has his cycle hanging upside down in his bedroom, I was wandering if it’s going to hit him when he gets up from his bed, he is got a huge mattress, I am talking about the height of it here, I always wanted something like that for me like in home alone movies, do you guys remember? We left his home, Paul picked a large pizza @ little Caesars, it was cheap, it had meat in them so I did not try, reached home, arranged all my food stuff @ the kitchen, it’s such a relief now, I get to eat Indian food for lunch from now, I am lucky, tomorrow practice is @ Brooksville….

10th feb

Woke up and got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal and 1 glass of orange juice, went to jog long, when I came out to, it was very cold so I went back and wore a jacket, Bianca also accompanied but she was cycling, I went hard, after jog, stretched, did box jumps, side box jumps both sides, abs, pushups, some plyos ended with lower back stretches, spent little more time than usually, felt really good after workout, had shower, had MTR bisibelle bath for lunch, it was good, cleaned wheels, had 1 banana, 2 slices of wheat bread and fiber bar before practice, practice was @ 6 @ Tampa, we did warm up followed by stretches, 2 laps fast everyone leading, 1 lap fast everyone leading, basic drills, 1 lap sprint and switch side in the middle i.e. you go clockwise skating and finish 1 more lap, this is little scary as you are not used to skating opposite,intervalsx4sets, 3 person relay of 1 lap eachx5 sets, 2 person relay of 2 laps eachx5 sets, went to village inn for dinner, I had 3 cheese quesadillas, every Wednesday @ village inn you get 1 slice of any fruit pie free with our order, so we all got our self apple pie, I did not like them, next week I will choose a different flavor, on the way back home picked food @ MC Donald’s for Renee, her mom’s surgery went on well, tomorrow it’s going to be off, bye guys….

9th feb

Woke up @ 8, got freshen up, had 2 servings of oat meal with raisins and nuts for breakfast, thought of running long today but it was raining, had wheat bread with white chocolate peanut butter and orange juice, had vegetable pulav and banana for lunch, supposed to go to Ocala for outdoor, it was raining the whole day, so did plyos and slideboard @ the gym, had shower, had kellogs frosted chocolate biscuit as evening snack, saw what Renee feeds horses and lamas, I was little confused with it, went out to have dinner, we went to Wendy’s, thought of having broccoli, cheese and mashed potatoes or side salad, they usually them but did not have them @ that time, Bianca and Renee got food there, I went to taco bell which was back and got 2 seven layer burrito and we got back home, Renee’s mom is having a surgery tomorrow so she dropped us home and went to be along with her home, I just hate rains, it sucks because we can’t train outdoors, bye for now…

8th feb

Woke up @ 8:30, got freshen up, had 4 slices of wheat bread with chocolate hazelnut spread and bowl of milk with wheat flakes, feeling alone types in home, went on to jog for 20 minutes for the first time without Son, slideboard @ the gym, took shower, had MTR tomato rice for lunch and two bananas, took small nap, had 2 kellogs frosted chocolate biscuit, cleaned wheels with water, left home for practice @ 5:30, reached Tampa practice as usual half an hour early @ 6:30, we did warm up followed by stretches, we did left foot right foot hold i.e. 1 side of the corner you are going to push right leg extended to the side and hold them whole corner, your weight here is going to be on the left foot and on the other corner you are going to cross and hold them, your weight here is going to be on the right foot, we did 1 lap sprintsx3 sets,20 laps and 10 laps sprint, we did intervalsx6sets , ended with two person relay, each person leading for 2 lapsx5 sets, I drank lots of water throughout the day and did stretches before and after slideboard and after training in the track too , had dinner @ village inn, Bianca drove onward and return in Paul’s car as Paul was studying, I did not sleep and was seeing all the signboards and road numbers, reached home, got freshen up and drank 1 glass of milk, will be sleeping now, bye guys
