Today I woke up @ 7 am, my alarm rang @ 6:20, I taught of sleeping little and never realized 40 minutes passed away so soon, I got up ready very fast, so many were @ home so everyone had to go to the bathroom, never got ready so fast, I was try not hitting the bed late, we went to waffle house for breakfast, I had cheese sandwich with hash browns, we drove to Tampa for indoor practice, all the local skaters had their meet today yesterday so son, kwinten , Paul, Bianca, Erin and me were in the track today, later Dustin and Emily joined us, I forgot to clean my wheel which got dirty because of Kissimmee’s indoor practice yesterday, so I soon I reached the track, I started doing that and I miss little bit of warm up, we did warm up followed by stretches, right foot, left foot, and right leg extending and stepping into one corner, regular skating 5 laps each person leadingx2 sets, half lap startsx5 sets, 2 person( me and son were in a team) relay of 2 lap relayx5 sets, it was high intensity, we then did intervals, 4 lap slow and 2 lap sprintx6 sets, cooling down, on the way to for the outdoor practice, I had zone 78 protein bar and I was little hungry so I had fiber one bar, it was yummy,we went to Adams middle school for outdoor school, when I opened my bag I did not find my outdoor wheels, today morning when we left, in a hurry, I did not put them into my bag, I asked Sophie if she had a spare one, she was so sweet, she had some in our car and it was the same one I skate on, I was so happy, I could not afford to miss the practice, I was just too lucky, we did off skate plyometrics , we did straight ways blast but pushing a person, I had to push Dustin and like waysx6 sets(3 each),same thing now on the cornersx6sets(3 each), we then did 10 k i.e. 25 laps, it was hard especially after so much training, we went to Denny’s for lunch, this was a new place and a nice one, only thing they took long to bring the order, I had burrito with hash browns and had cheese turtle cake for desert, I liked everything on it except the cheese…lol , we drove back home, I had shower, saw left over part of vikramarakudu Telegu movie, I got a reliance toll free number from which I can call India for free, isn’t that great, I called dad and mom and spoke for a long time and felt really good talking to them, me,Bianca and son went to get food for Renee @ Sonnys and on the way quickly got water from Walmart, came back home i , I ate cheese pizza for dinner and I learnt them to cook on the oven, it came out well and tasted good…tomorrow is Monday and feb month,1 month of 2010 is already over, the week passed very fast, have a nice day India and good night USA
