Woke up, got freshen up, had 4 slices of wheat bread and 1 bowl of wheat flakes, went to jog with son, son was so motivated to see me and kwinten run while he was biking yesterday, on the way there was a neighbor’s dog which was a black Labrador , it came from behind, I heard something , I slowed down a bit and turned back and the dog came running back running onto me, I literally stopped, I got scared a little initially but then I was like let me get back to work, it went on coming along with us, actually it was leading us, after a while there was a pond, son said may be the dog is thirty, it went down to the pond and jumped into it ,swam a little, and came back, maybe it was feeling hot and wanted to take a dip inside, it was so nice to see the whole act, after a very long while, it stopped and went back, trust me it came along with us almost with us a very long way and it was more than 20 minutes, we were like is not going back home? son had little cramps later on his legs, so he was just walking, I kept on running and increased my pace and started pushing harder, it started raining just a quarter way reaching home, I hate rains especially when I am training outdoor, reached home, went to the gym area, did 15 minutes of abs and 20x3 sets of pushups , ended them with some stretches, had uncle Ben’s Santa ve for lunch, I just had only 1 of them, Kwinten wanted to go to Walmart , because his IPod touch which he bought them yesterday, 1 button on them wasn’t working, actually there is only 1 button in it…lol, so I just accompanied him, it was a last one, so they got his money refunded, we drove back home, Paul had already come, so quickly changed and left for practice @ Bushnell, the floor had new coat on them so everyone was excited to skate on them, so did warm up, the floor was dam gripy but scary @ the same time, we did 2 laps each of us right foot left foot, we had a drink, we did 4 people in a group in which the last person pushs the whole pack, the person who just pushed the whole pack will go in the front in the next set, each one is going to push for 2 laps, when they are only two people, the person in the front after he gets pushed by the second person will sprint for 1 full lap, we did that like 5 sets, we had a drink, after that we did half lap, 1 lap, 3 laps, 10 laps sprint, we had a drink, then we did 4laps slow 2 lap sprint intervalsx8sets, we had a drink, we ended with 20 laps fast pace, for dinner I just had ceaser salad, it did not fill me, so had carrot cake for desert, in any angle it did not look and taste like a carrot cake..lol, drove back home, It was so dark, there has been no net since yesterday, got them just this late evening, I will be posting yesterday’s happenings also today, take care guys, bye
