7th feb

Today woke up @ 7:30 and got freshen up, the weather is freezing, so picked up arm and leg warmers for practice,Renee picked Dustin and family from Mc Donald’s to home, we all left @ 8 to Tampa, me Bianca and Paul in his car and rest in Renee’s, on the way we filled gas, this month the schedule is reversed, we have outdoor practice first which was Adams middle school like as usual followed by indoor @ skate world, Tampa, Road: we did offskate plyos first, we did warm up, all the big guys leading for 1 lap, we took a break, we did 10 laps sprint and after that we ended with 5 laps sprint, both were really hard, lots of attacks especially from son and Paul, from there we headed to Indoor, there we did warm up followed by stretches, did left foot right foot-each one leading for 1 lap, we did basic drills, we did half lap and 1 lap sprints, we did intervalsx6sets, we did 2 person(only 2 people in a team or group) relay of 2 laps eachx5sets, we did relay of 1 lapx5sets, Bianca got her Simmons custom boot, Erin and Sophie got there Bont custom boot as they are sponsored by them and they will be racing for them this year, all three looked happy and excited about their new boots, from there we went to super Asian buffet for son’s farewell, son loved the food there, I ate vegetable friend rice, noodles, toasted bread, salad, cake and couple of servings of ice cream, we all took pictures with him, people gave him gifts, it was sad to see him go home, we reached home, I took a shower, evening I ate @ taco bell, it’s near walmart only, so I got two 7-layer burrito, Paul and Bianca were shopping for Renee, after I ate went to walmart, actually Paul told me to wait outside Taco bell, to my luck when I went to walmart, they were just billing there, drove back home, on the way Bianca got Burger and strawberry frost and Paul also got a chocolate frosty from Wendy’s drive thru, today also I uploaded pictures on facebook, I have added captions to every first picture, I have organized them in a order, just look into every page so that you don't miss out a picture in the center, I will be sleeping alone in my room today, I am missing son, bye guys…
